Come Back Kush is a powerhouse of an OG packing dense trichomes and wreaking of ocean fresh gas and a fuel-like masculine cologne. It’s sweet, smooth smoke is tasty down to the roach.
Originally called Trudoh after the Canadian Prime Minister who legalised cannabis in 2016 it soon changed names when cannabis legalisation turned out to be an over taxed chokehold and the popularity of Justin Trudeau in the cannabis community started to wain. But, with every cloud there is a silver lining, with the feedback that growers were giving me after they saw the harvest results, it seems clear what it should be renamed. Since its life as Come Back Kush it has increased in popularity and is becoming many people's favourite smoke.
For The Grower
Come Back Kush was created by combining the two pinnacle strain lines I have been working for over a decade, The Truth and Chem Valley Cooks. Combining these two strains has resulted in an upgraded version of both and is quickly becoming my signature OG Kush strain. I’m incredibly proud of the life Come Back Kush is taking and the power that it is passing on to its progeny.
Expect to find four main phenotypes when you grow out a pack of Come Back Kush. All are going to deliver the classic CBK traits of a sweet earthy kush with that ocean freshness of the SFVOG that is accompanied and made shine by the brightness of the Cookies. The Traingle Kush and Chem are still present which is noticeable through the garlic and meat flavour profiles that can be found and passing on that dense bud structure and doggy dankness. Your only problem will be choosing which ones not to keep. It’s no joke, 90% of the feedback I’ve had is people telling me they had too many keepers!
I have made regular and fem seeds to enable all growers cultivating in all sizes and situations to make the most of the perfectly named Come Back Kush. It’s such a beautiful strain it would be a shame for those who have limited space to miss out on experiencing the true flavour and effect of this great addition to the OG catalogue.
For The Smoker
Smokers may just find this becomes their favourite OG very quickly with the exciting and enjoyable cookiness and the mind calming, confidence boosting kush it makes reaching for it again and again no effort. Some selections have a sweet anise aftertaste whilst others carry a higher thiol and sulphur based tastes that really drive up the dankness so if you’ve had well dried and cured flowers you are in for a treat. There is good flavour transfer ranging from earthy kush to sweet cookie influenced OG, but the noticeable presence of the Chem never really leaves. Recreational tokers will enjoy this for the powerful relaxation and flavour profile, whilst patients will benefit from whole body pain reduction, gastrointestinal relief, increased appetite, reduced anxiety and good antidepressant effects. CBK is a powerful strain suitable for tolerant consumers and should be taken with precaution if you are new to medical cannabis and kush strains.

Come Back Kush contains what I consider to be two powerhouse OG’s (Triangle Kush and San Fernando Valley OG) with Chem BX3 lines rolled into one with the influence of the Forum Girl Scout Cookies. Its the love child of two absolute winners. I personally am finding the Come Back Kush to be an excellent parent in breeding projects so if you’re looking to add some punch, power and OG to your next breeding project, consider running a pack of CBK, I am sure you will find something hopeful if you’re looking for a male or female selection. I have worked this line with a particular eye on even, symmetrical structure. There are some short, squat phenos if you are looking for something to keep low, and some taller phenos that stretch three times in flower and produce good yields. Come Back Kush has strong branching and a high bud to leaf ratio providing excellent, quick and easy trim jobs with low amounts of bio-waste. We have selectively bred for even, attractive buds that ooze bag appeal and look like literal eye candy.
